How claiming works

1. Find your nursery and choose Claim this listing.
2. Create a free owner account and confirm your email.
3. Show us you work there: confirm a work email at your nursery’s own domain, or upload a document such as your Ofsted registration certificate.
4. Choose a plan. We check every claim by hand, usually within 2 working days.
5. Once approved, add your details from your owner dashboard. Changes show on your page straight away.

Plans and prices

Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where applicable. Pay monthly or annually. No minimum term: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. Paid features switch on once your claim is approved. If we can’t approve a claim, we cancel the subscription and refund you. You’ll get a VAT invoice for every payment, available in your dashboard.

Your Ofsted results always stay exactly as Ofsted published them, whichever plan you’re on. Plus and Featured listings are shown above free listings and labelled “Promoted”, and Featured listings also appear in a labelled “Featured” slot at the top of local search (up to 3 per search), so parents always know what’s paid for.
